To be honest, there is ONE type of email I hate to get from my list subscribers. It's any message which references the common myths guys have about women.

Just remember that you have the ability to control your success with women. If you make it a point to work on this area of your life, you'll discover it's easy to rapidly increase your skills with women.
 

 


Nothing Piles myths could be farther from the truth. Overeating occasionally, but only occasionally, actually helps you lose weight faster, although diabetics must still avoid starches and sugars.

Ew! Women don't want to go around looking like a muscled freak! Well, actually, normal resistance exercise tones the body and improves overall fitness. Normal weight training does not build huge, bulky muscles. The weight trainers who look like a pile of boulders are actually doing that more with steroids, anaboloids, and protein powders, plus heavy strenuous lifting which can actually damage muscles with scar tissue in the long run.

To lose weight safely, lose a little at a time; one to three pounds a week is ideal. Don't deprive yourself of food, and eat at least 1,300 calories per day if you are a woman, or 1,500 per day if you are a man. You put fat on over time, so support your body by doing the same when losing weight.

 

 



Many people feel that the process of setting a budget is hard, requiring hours of complex maths or large periods of time slaving away over large piles of paper or an Excel spreadsheet. The truth is there are many ways to go about setting a budget. If you are someone who likes a lot of detail or working with numbers, there are budgeting methods that can involve lots of figures check here and time working them out. But there are equally other budgeting methods that are very simple and straight forward to set up. It's all a matter of finding a budgeting method that's right for you. If you're not comfortable with the budgeting method you've chosen, you're unlikely to stick at it.

One common myth is that some women think they are too old to work with weights. The truth is you are never too old to be able to strengthen and tone your muscles. By using lighter weights and a relatively low intensity program you can still benefit from weight training. It has been proven through studies that people as old as 80 and even 90 who started weight training saw up to a 200% increase in strength over a one month period.

Everybody is different and people with a creative flair will need different systems to people who are more logically minded. This can be a challenge to work out, but also a great deal of fun. So why not have a go, you might surprise yourself and those around you, how being organised can be more fun than you thought!
